Message	IIRC Motorsports Ranch is in more than one location in Texas and is part of a motorsports "franchising" development. I read a few years ago (as housing was taking off) about a real estate group, no doubt headed up by a few track junkies, who were looking to develop roadcourse "country clubs", where there would be homes/condos developed with instead of a golf course, road courses. Paddocks would be for residents weekly/monthly events, so on so forth.... Never heard much else about it, but it was being proposed for development in 10 or so different locations across the country.
